Arezzo is well known in particular for the Joust of the Saracen (Giostra del Saracino) which takes place in June and September, for the Antiques Fair (first Sunday of every month) and for the magnificent frescoes of Piero della Francesca, recently restored and located in the church of San Francesco.
CASA DELINA is a typical farmhouse of the end of the 19th century, located in the small hill hamlet of Marcena at the gates of the green Casentino Valley. A recent and careful restoration and the use of local building materials, such as stone, fired bricks and wood, has allowed this splendid house to gain new life as a holiday home. The town of AREZZO with facilities of every kind is only 9 km far.
The beautiful and completely fenced pool (size 9 x 4,5 mt, depth 1,20-1,60 mt), for the exclusive use of the guests is located directly in front of the house on an attractive panoramic spot, all around a large green space equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
The furnishing, including Tuscan antiques, is refined and comfortable. On the ground floor you find a living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner. A further living-dining room is accessible through the porch, kitchen and wc (washbasin, wc, bidet).
The First Floor is reachable through inside staircase and keeps two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with French-bed and two bathrooms with shower. Thanks to its own characteristics (two independent entrances and two kitchens) the house is ideal to accommodate also two families who wish to spend their holidays together, yet maintaining their own privacy.
There are many places to visit nearby such as the CASENTINO VALLEY with its medievial Castles and monestaries, Arezzo and its roman amphitheater, or Florence, Siena and Cortona which don't need any introduction.

SEASONS: We have three rental seasons. Right below the Calendar we show the timeframes that apply to this Villa for each season during the year. In general High Season Rates apply July and August. Mid Season Rates apply May, June, September. Low Season Rates apply for the rest of the Year. The weeks of Easter, Christmas and New Year are an exeption and are always considered High Season and in some Villas Mid Season, details on request! During High and Mid Season most rentals accept only Saturday as a starting day. In Low Season, that’s mainly October to April we accept any starting day! All Prices on our website are in Euro. They apply for one week and are for the whole apartment or the whole villa.
