The villa has air conditioning and central heating. Free internet Wifi. Animal are welcome and can be free in the garden which is fenced in.

The sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast, especially those of the Cecina Mare are about 12 km away… just a 15 minute drive.
Tuscany’s most beautiful localities are within easy reach: Florence and Siena are about an hour away by car, Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa airport can be reached in half an hour. There are also several small ancient castles and villages nearby which are definitely worth a visit.
Bolgheri first of all: one approaches this ancient town along a magnificent avenue flanked exclusively by cypress trees, the only one of its kind in Europe.
Bolgheri has become famous as the place where Sassicaia wine is produced. The production of wine and olive oil is the main activity in the area.
