Villa Lamole is a wonderful property located on the top of hill near the charming village of Lamole, in the heart of CHIANTI. The strategic position offers 360° views all over the Chianti landscape covered of green hills of vineyards, olive groves and lush woods. From one side of the villa is even possible to see the city of Florence and from another side, the towers of San Gimignano.

Within walking distance from the villa there is one of more famous and excellent restaurant in Chiani, Il Ristoro di Lamole, placed right in front the local Chruch, with an open terrace overlooking limitless views of Chianti vineyards. The restaurant is traditional and rustic, with realy typical dishes matched with the greatest quality Chianti Classico wines.
The villa has been shortly renovated. A large terrace and several equipped outdoor spaces offer the possibility to have dinner al fresco, to relax and enjoy the Tuscan sun.
On the groundfloor there is a cosy living space with open fire place and TV, a large dining room with long table and sufficient chairs for the whole group to have dinner together. From both living- and dining room a door is leading to the garden.
Also the kitchen, connected with the dining room, is located on the groudn floor, and has direct access to the garden, right in front of the equipped barbecue area. The kitchen is brand new, furnished with all necessary appliances: electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, large stove and stainless steel double sink. All brand new kicthen utensils are available in the villa, as well as table and chairs for eating or for preparations.
On the ground floor is located a complete recently renewed bathroom, equipped with shower, WC, bidet and sink.
The windows are wide and allow not only a great illumination of the house but also wonderful views of the surrounding hills and little villages next to the villa. The outdoor private area is very wide and holds a brand new swimming pool, with equipped solarium, sun beds, reclining chairs, table and chairs for outdoor eating.
From the sitting room with the fireplace a stone staiway leads you to the first floor.
The first floor holds two double bedrooms and one full bathroom. The large bathroom is equipped with a large shower box, WC, sink and bidet.
The first bedroom has one double bed that can also be split in two twin beds, upon request. The wide terrace window opens to a magnificent panorama of Chianti hills. The second bedroom has a typical wrought iron double bed, and two wide windows with breathtaking views as well.
The style matches perfectly the original features of the villa, like wooden beamed ceilings, red “terracotta” bricks, the “serena” stone staircase and traditional pieces of furniture with modern equipped kitchen and bathrooms to offer the most comfortable facilities to our guests.
The village of Lamole is a hidden jewel of Chianti, in the vicinities of Greve in Chianti, the most charming and famous town of this region. The city of Florence can be reached very easily by car from the villa as well as many other CHIANTI towns and hamlets. Other places of interest to visit are certainly Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra all within a range of 30, 40 km. Not to miss the local wine tours, cooking classes and dinner at the surrounding wineries.
Special tip is to book a visit at Vignamaggio winery, setting for a beautiful movie based on Shakespeare commedy “Much Ado About Nothing” by Kenneth Branagh.
