LA PACE has a large pool surrounded by roses, geraniums and wide meadows , an oasis of silence. According to both sides, the view opens up into the vastness of the Casentino Valley. Poppi ( only 2km away ) is a small place, a pearl of the Middle Ages , with a completely preserved castle from the year 1000. At the pool there is a large covered terrace with fully equipped summer kitchen a barbecue area, and dining tables for the whole group. This outdoor area makes the difference. Here you can prepare together dinner or lunch while the kids play in the pool . Everything will take place outdoors . The summer kitchen is well equipped with 5 burner gas stove with oven, large double sink, refrigerator, cupboard and sideboard. Pots, plates, dishes and kitchen equipment is abundant here . Here the cooking for the group is a real pleasure , everyone can help , no one is excluded or must cry alone while peeling onions in the kitchen.
LA PACE is the ideal place for a large group , several families with children , a wedding party or a big birthday celebration. It offers a unique indoor space , about 150 square meters large, with vaulted ceiling , arches , natural stone walls and incredible atmosphere , the former wine cellar and pantry of the Borgo . There is a complete professional kitchen which you can use . Groups of up to 35 people can eat and drink here together . On request, a cook prepares a typical Tuscan dinner for your group. There is a large brick built barbecue on the property as well as a covered parking .
All apartments have a private outdoor dining area . The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking . SAT - TV German and English is available. From 2011 to 2013, the whole BORGO was carefully renovated in typical Tuscan style . The former structure remained intact , only original materials were used . Solid wood furniture , some antique, beds with new orthopedic mattresses and very stylish bathrooms combine really nice . In every corner you can feel the centuries-old tradition of the house . Each stone was deliberately set and could tell a story of light and dark days. Each worn out steppingstone reports of the many people and loads that went over them.
The apartment " STALLA" house number 7 is 120 square meters large for 8 persons, it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and private en suite bathroom. Two of the rooms have direct access to the garden . The apartment is located on the ground floor , in one of the rooms a staircase leads up to the attic with two additional single beds.
Every apartment has its own kitchen, perfectly equipped with large fridge , freezer, oven , 4 or 5 burner gas stove, double sink, dishwasher, coffee maker German or Italian mocca machine , kettle and plenty of crockery , cutlery, pots and pans.
The apartment " FORNO " house number 8, is the largest apartment with 170 square meters of living space. It is located on the ground floor and the first floor and has a private courtyard with dining area and wood-fired pizza oven. In the large kitchen there is an open fireplace as well. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with a double bed and a single bed ( 3 persons) and en-suite bathroom. The internal staircase leads up to the first floor . There is a very large double bedroom with canopy bed and en suite bathroom , as well as 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, for example, for children who want to sleep near their parents.

The apartment number 6 offers 70 square meters of living space , it has a double room and a room with 2 single beds, and a large eat in kitchen with open fireplace. It is located on the first floor of the main house on the right side. The apartment " PADRONALE " is the former home of the estate manager with stunning views from all windows
The apartment number 5 is called " ARCHI " . It has a great kitchen which is divided by an arch of red brick . There are two double rooms and one room with two single beds which can form a double bed on request . Each bedroom has an En- suite bathroom. The largest bedroom including its bathroom are built fully handicapped accessible and specially furnished . The apartment has wheelchair access to the living room; there is a sofa bed for 2 persons . The apartment has 110 square meters of comfortable living space and is located entirely on the ground floor . A glass door leads to the courtyard with terrace and outdoor dining area .
